Thought it would be a good idea to show exactly what I have in mind for how the growth of the Telekinetic Hero could work. Adding some choices in case my character changes over time and to give him some variation. It should be safe to say that after working with kinetics for so long one could hack other kinetic powers from it. Here's what I'm going with.
Telekinesis Experience with deflecting blows, stopping bullets,throwers etc. Could potentially grant: Force Fields Weapon Stealing (Or my characters personal version "Stray Bullet Effect,")
Modifying body physics can potentially achieve: Flight Kinetic Body/Armor
Great experience with most forms would allow manipulation of their atomic structure in other words:
Rapid increase of particle vibration leading to Combustion/Pyrokinesis Rapid decrease, for Freezing/Cryokinesis (Bearing in mind they are still only a form of extended control, they do not count as Fire/Ice Generation)
Mastery of Manipulation Rapid Increase of Cell Production or "Healing/Killing"
The problem is that once we reach the halfway point, our bodies cells die faster than they replicate. While the healing power can stop you from bleeding out and can fix bones, it makes you age faster in an almost reverse chemical "half-life," sense. Because of this one can choose to literally age someone to death, if they were so inclined.

I like this idea, however, remember, each would have to count as it's own power. Though I must say I really like the thought of aging someone to death.
