Lucifer glided to stand in front of the Fallen. Her gaze drifted over the figure, examining her. When she raised her head and looked into the deep hood she thought she could see the faintest shape of eyes. She let her mouth fall open and from the space between her lips her newest voice escaped.
"Merry meet, Your Grace." The voice was soft and childish, it rang with a high pitched tone. "A pleasure to be in your prescence. My name is Lucifer. Though... Many names have proceeded that one, it is the one that I prefer. Lucifer Seelenlos." A faint giggle escaped her lips. the petite child was amused at how the name slithered. One hundred years have passed since she took the name as her own, yet it still sounded as new as the first time she had used it. "It has been a while since I've seen a face that isn't out to hurt or study my existence. I am very grateful."
Lucifer pulled her bear to her chest. "This is Cameron. He is just as pleased." She let the child get the best of her as she retreated a few feet from where she stood. When she felt she was at a safe distance she set herself against the cold stone and limply sat Cameron in her lap. She felt safe...
